Important note for cosmetic products
For sealed cosmetic and skincare products, the statutory right of withdrawal may expire if the seal has been removed after delivery, provided that the legal requirements for this hygiene or health protection exclusion are met.
Your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products remain unaffected by this.
